  1. Place the apple juice and cinnamon into a saucepan, cover and bring to a boil over a moderate heat. Turn down the heat and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Remove the lid and allow to cool for 3 minutes. Then stir in the honey until it is well incorporated.
  2. Place a shot of dark rum in each wine glass. Pour the apple mixture in. Stir well, garnish with the lemon slices and cinnamon and serve immediately.
