Thanks very much for that. It has really come home to me how many people are actually gluten intolerant.
I want all the things! Especially that Turkish Meze Platter. I love any kind of Turkish or Mediterranean food.
The olive salad from the Turkish Meze Platter is a real highlight. The others 2 are all pretty good too. And so healthy.

What a great collection, I’m particularly drawn to that red rice, I’ve not come across that before and it’s really interesting.
The red rice was very interesting. Great color and better nutrition than white or brown rice.
Gorgeous recipes, these! I don’t have a gluten intolerance but I do like to eat gluten free as often as I can.
Gluten-free is definitely a healthier way to go. Sometimes I wonder about the amount of chemicals being used in wheat products, especially the cheaper end of the market.
