Fish tacos are from Mexico, not USA.
There is lots of Mexican food in Denver, for as long as I can remember. Hopefully some day we will make it to Mexico as well!
My favorite dish is the mussels!! I love them with a crostini.
I love the mussels too. And a cheaper option than some seafoods.
Seafood is my absolute favorite, go to food. With all those recipes to choose from, not sure where to start! Thanks. I’ll probably start with the scallops…
You can’t go wrong with the scallops. Who doesn’t like them? The empanadas were fun to make.

Wow, those are some amazing seafood recipes, and I am loving that you are showing all kinds of varieties of cultures. I love learning about different cultures food techniques and styles. I really enjoyed reading this blog post.
We do enjoy adding the culture piece to our recipes and history where it fits in. Going to markets to buy local ingredients is a great way to discover culture.

What a great round up of so many amazing ways to enjoy fish and seafood! I’d love a tasting menu of all of these dishes. That would save me from having to pick which one to try first.
Yes in a perfect world you are spot on there. Maybe one of the reasons tapas are becoming so popular around the world?
Awesome round up! I’m gonna have to give those scallop empanadas a try. They sound fantastic!
The scallop empanadas may be the highlight. It was a lot of fun cooking those.
